Trust Services

Dollar bills in glass jar on wooden table. Saving money concept.

The Trust Services Department is designed to meet the changing needs throughout the cycle of a person’s life. It not only provides useful financial, estate and gift planning information, but also assists families in arranging guardianship for minor children. By placing these services in the context of Seventh-day Adventist beliefs and making them available to all regardless of income, Trust Services provides a unique opportunity for our church families to achieve their personal, financial, and spiritual objectives. Through the years, the Trust Services Department has been privileged to assist our members in the preparation of thousands of documents through well-qualified and experienced attorneys. These documents include:

  • Wills
  • Trusts
  • Power of Attorney for Finances
  • Health Care Directives
  • Charitable Gift Annuities
  • Revolving Fund Accounts
  • Other Estate Planning Documents

Our constituents’ participation in the Trust Services program has made a remarkable contribution to the Lord’s work around the world.  From direct donations and maturities through Wills, Trusts, and Charitable Gift Annuities, distributions have been made to local churches, schools, the general work of the Dakota Conference, and other Seventh-day Adventist entities.

There is no charge for the preparation of Wills, Power of Attorney documents, or Health Care Directives.  Because of the expense and amount of work for the Trust Services Department in preparation and maintaining Trusts, they are considered on a case-by-case basis.
